You can send different overdue letters depending on the amount of time the invoice is overdue allowing the wording to be different for the difficult accounts. The system calculates it for you, all you have to do is press a couple of buttons, saving you time and getting your customers to pay.
The extensive reporting option provides key management reports with instant up-to-date information of all of the key areas of your
company’s activities and all reports can also be saved in Microsoft Excel format allowing you to do whatever you need to with the data.
